Pre-Needs
We have two methods when it comes to adding pre-needs to our calendars.
Standard Pre-Need Options
A pre-need is an excellent means of promoting preplanned funeral services. Helping community members prepare for final services and allowing funeral professionals to reach those members, pre-needs are a mutually beneficial add-on to any calendar purchase.
Pre-Need Insert
An insert is a double-sided page that is spiral bound in the first month of the calendar.
Pre-Need Backers
The backer is the customizable space on the back page above the imprint.
Pre-Need Inserts
Our pre-need insert is a double-sided printed page that is spiral bound between the cover and the calendar's first month. The insert has the funeral establishment's name and address printed on a reply card for the recipient to mail.
The dimensions for our standard pre-need insert are 10.625" wide by 8" high.
Pre-Need Backers
Our pre-need uppers come pre-designed with a reply card for the recipient to cut out, address, and mail to the funeral establishment. There are two attractive styles to choose from.
Note that all pre-need backers are available in both English and Spanish.

Bring your vision to life with our pre-need options. Follow our guidelines to ensure your artwork shines beautifully.

Print-ready, final artwork: Submit a PDF (PDF/X-4: 2008) in grayscale or composite CMYK, for full color option.

Send our calendar pros your descriptive information and design elements (logos, high-resolution photos), and we will create final artwork for your approval.

Photographs: provide high-resolution, print quality files as JPG,
PNG or TIFF. -
Logos: PDF preferred; EPS or AI with fonts converted to outlines.
