Advantages of Ordering Early

Hello. My name is Christina, and as a Calendar Pro here at Blue Mound Graphics, I know how important it is to get calendars.

Now that the 2025 ordering season has arrived, let’s discuss the advantages of starting your calendar order early.

1. We have added to our calendar assortment both new calendar styles and the addition of new languages! Look at our offerings in our catalog and on our website. You may discover something new that will serve your parishioners even better than the calendar style you have ordered in the past. Typically, our new calendar styles sell out quickly. If you are set on a certain calendar style, please reserve it. We do run out of stock each year.
   Reserving your calendars guarantees your church or business will get the style you want. Reserving the order is not the same as placing the order. Reserving the order simply saves the style and quantity of calendars you plan on ordering, and then we can get your artwork at a later date.
   PRO TIP: Prices go up on July 1st. Get your reserves in before then to lock in lower pricing!

2. Getting your calendars ordered early checks one big “To Do” off that seemingly endless list. You won’t have co-workers and customers checking in with you if you’ve ordered the calendars yet. We do recognize that changes to staff and mass times tend to happen during the summer months. Our calendar crew can start your order early and you can request that the proof be emailed out to you in August, for example.
   PRO TIP: Make sure we have your current email address and even a backup email. We will also happily make note of any changes to your phone and fax numbers.

3. Take inventory of the 2025 calendars you ordered. Do you need to adjust the quantities? Was one style more popular with your parishioners/customers than another? Did you receive any feedback or requests regarding the calendars?
   PRO TIP: Gathering this information while it is still fresh on everyone’s mind will help you make an informed decision when placing your 2026 calendar order. Plus, we love to receive feedback!

4. When you order your calendars early, they ship earlier! Did you know we start shipping in August?
   PRO TIP: Clear out space in your office or a closet for the boxes, put your feet up, and coast through the remainder of the year knowing your parishioners and customers will have their calendars when they want them.
