An Inside Look at the Approval Process

It’s summer, a time traditionally reserved for family celebrations, picnics, trips to the lake, visits to the farmer’s market, camping, and other outdoor things we like to cram into the short span of a few months (especially if you live in the Midwest like we do).

Summer also means production season for this calendar company. In fact, we’ve already sold more than half of our stock and have begun printing imprints and shipping calendars!

If you have called us lately, you’ve probably heard one of our team members say: “We need your imprint final approved before October 1 to ensure Christmas delivery.” As a customer, you want your calendars before Christmas. And, as your calendar supplier, we get that! With that in mind, we’d like to give you an inside look at all 10 steps it takes to go from starting your order to getting your imprint final approved!

Now that it is August, October is right around the corner. We look forward to receiving your final approval and delivering your calendars before Christmas. Be on the lookout for our shipping email to track your calendars!

Haven’t started your order yet? It is not too late! Place your order today by emailing us at Order@BlueMoundCalendars.com, giving us a call at 414-475-7500, or visiting our Start Your Order webpage! Let us help you get your order final approved.

My name is Christina. I am a part of our exceptional customer service team and enjoy all the different duties that entails from sales to proofreading imprints. Believe it or not we do find things that our customers missed on their imprint and we will fix it (with their permission, of course) to make their imprint shine. I can honestly say that all my co-workers truly care about our customers and are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations. My background is in retail advertising and managing translation services having graduated from St. Norbert College with a double major in Media Communications and German. I am a first-generation American of German descent and spent many childhood summers in southern Germany visiting family. When I'm not at work I enjoy baking sourdough bread, reading and traveling.
